Answer: Please register and become our member first.Then choose your desired product,and click on "Add to Shopping Cart" to put your selection into your shopping cart. Modify the quantity number,confirm the order.Then contact us.
By the way,all the price we shows in the pages are the lowest price,please kindly find the related price in the"details",the price is different depend on the quantities you ordered

3.How can I know the detailed information about the product? Are the products same with the photoes?
Answer:Every product comes with the picture and introduction.We take pictures basing on the real products.Actual product ordered may vary slightly in appearance from picture. Maybe there is some difference on the size,brightness, colour and lustre.

4.What's the MOQ?
Answer:The start is only US$100, the minimum order quantity for each item is 2pcs.

Answer:Sorry,we never supply sample free according to our company policy,as you know there is no free lunch in the world.So please kindly enjoy the charges first if you ask for samples.Of course,we will return the sample fee after receiving your order.Thanks for your understanding!

7.Do you accept drop ship order?

11.How to determine the bracelets size?
Answer:Pandora Bead or Lobster Clasp Bracelet - Wrap a tape measure tightly around your wrist at the largest point. Add at least three fourths to one inch to your wrist measurement.

12.Return Policy
Answer:We have return policy only when you receive any damaged, or defective items.In that case,pls take related photos as an evidence then email us within 3days after receiving goods,you will get refund (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded)on the related goods or we'll send you the right goods in the next order.
Items received after 3days from date of receipt will not be accepted. Special sale,Final sale and/or Final-Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. so we can not give the refund to these items except any damaged products.Refunds are processed within 10business days of receipt.
